Rosti and eggs will follow, it's -7,5 degrees celcium outside and snow is covering everything. The small plucky turbo-diesel Volvo is safe and warm inside the garage. How are your vacations going?
This was earlier today.

-22 deg C, in NW Montana and I'm still using an outdoor grill. It does take some more preheating and a bit longer to cook things. A little cold for skiing right now, will be skiing the rest of the week.

It was either beech or birch (I'm unsure about the translation from german). Quite good actually, we only did sausages.

Pecan is my favorite for poultry. Hickory and Cherry are my favorites for beef and sausages.
